I have been seeing a guy for about 6 months now. I recently started feeling like things were going down hill. He stopped doing the sweet things he use to do for me and started to become a little distant. We both work two jobs and are both very stressed which caused some fighting in our relationship. At the beginning of August i felt like things were getting worse i started getting feelings he was cheating on me, but i wasn’t to sure. After eating myself alive with the thoughts i decided to do some investigating. I figured out his password to his email and went through his sent items. He had posted a personal ad on Craig’s List to meet a woman for just one night to relieve much built up stress. I read the responses he had got from other women just to find he was making sexual comments back to these women and wanted photos and more info but said it must be “discreet”. I called to confront him but not telling him i went through his email. He told me it was a joke and not a big deal. We ended our relationship there because i felt that it was cheating for him to go off and try and meet other women whether he really did or not. After a day we talked to each other about the incident. His explanation was he never had intentions on cheating he just wanted to see what kind of responses he would get. He was upset because we had been fighting. He promised me he has never cheated and would never meet those women. Im confused i want him back because i love him but im not sure i can be with someone who done something like that. My hearts telling me to stay with him but my mind his telling me not to be stupid and get out. I need help from others who are not friends who may relate to this themselves.

To be honest, it sounds like he talked his way out of a tight spot. You need to sit him down and hint that you may know more than what hes telling you (even if you dont) Tell him you want the truth and if you do not hear it you are gone.

Which processor/gaming system stuff should I get?

I am building a new gaming system to replace my core 2 quad 2.33ghz. I am stuck between AMD Phenom 2 X4 965 black edition 3.4ghz and a core i7 (not specific model). I am on a budget and the AMD is a lot cheaper. With the AMD, I can get an MSI board with a bunch of Sata 6gbps ports and a couple USB 3.0’s for 100 bucks from MSI which is great. Should I trust MSI? And with the AMD, I’m sure it’s just as fast as an i7 on max turbo boost at that 3.4ghz clock so that doesnt matter too much. Which should I get? Which will get me better performance? I will be playing COD 4 and up (probably all of them), Halo 2, Crysis 1/2, Final Fantasy XIV (whatever the latest one is), Starcraft 2 and WoW. Maybe even some Mass Effect and Battlefield Bad Company 2. All these I will want to try and I want them in 1080p on high settings. And about the processor, Hell i could get an AMD Phenom 2 X6 2.8ghz for a bit less than a good i7 (200 bucks for amd x6!) on Newegg so where should I go? I’m sorry this turned into a whole system question but I’m new at this kind of. Ive built a system before but I’m not experienced at choosing the parts. Please help me. OOPS! I’ll handle that. The CPU comes with a fan and so does the gpu so cooling is not a problem unless you guys can recommend a better but affordable way to do it better. Liquid cooling=NO! TOO EXPENSIVE!!!
OK i think I’ve decided the mobo and graphics and AMD based on dual777’s answer. Any specific graphic cards anyone? Those nvidia’s are too expensive for me. 3-400 bucks come on!
And X4 vs X6? Would 3.4ghz quad beat 2.8ghz six-core? I’m guessing that the 3.4ghz quad would be better and I can always upgrade but still…?
Thanks Alan! And with the Hard drive, I use it to back up over network my family’s computers and lots of HD movies/TV shows. I already filled a 1.5tb drive so yeah. I have a lotta crap lol. I figured with the network backups/streams, the sata 6 would make a huge difference. i might sell the 1.5tb though and burn some stuff to DL dvd’s so the 2tb won’t fill up instantly
