I own Filebling.com and need it to be hosted with a web host. As you can see, it is a file sharing site with lots of visitors and files.

Either way though, both will give you the best support of any hosting company around. Dreamhost is employee owned, so they seem like they truly care about their customers. None of common web hosts (shared web hosting services) allow you to get such a website hosted with them. You need a dedicated server.
