I Swift Code Bank Of Kentucky need to set up a website but i am not sure of the whole web hosting thing ? Which one would be best ?

It’s the usual conundrum, price verses features. What do you want to be able to do on your web site?
GoDaddy.com is very cheap and they offer most of the features that you will probably ever want. I think the most basic hosting option is like four dollars a month and you can host your own message board, blog, or even your own wiki there. They give you like 5 gigs of space for their cheapest plan too, which is more than almost anyone could ever need I think.

You may try up the webhosting pack that I am using. It is a 10GB storage where can Addon up to 10 domains. and month fee is only $3.65 for 2 years subcribing. I am sure this package will be usefull for a beginner to start up a website.
For less than $10 per month, you can get something like
200 Gb disk space, 2000 Gb bandwidth, host many domains.
Disk space refer to the hard disk space to store your pages
Bandwidth refer to the traffic you used. Typically if you do not host a lot of video, this should not be an issue
Host multiple domains mean that you can use the same hosting plan for many domain.
Domain refer to your web address. eg Google.com , Yahoo.com
You need to register a domain. It is less than $10 per year.
Try not to use the same provider for both your domain and hosting.
You need web space and a domain name to host your website.
Domain name is just the name of the site like somename.com
Hosting space is the web server space where you will upload all your files. You can purchase these things from any hosting service providers.

The most important thing to realize when choosing a web host is that service is king!
Space is not as important as some sites would have you believe. (how many dvd’s do you plan on making available to your site users?)

There are quite a few good reliable webhosting like yahoo, hostmonster, ixhost, bluehost and ipower etc… They got their own strength like webspace, bandwidth etc…

If you are serious about websites either for personal or your business, don’t go to free web hosting as they are usually not reliable and you may end up losing all your hard work. Free web hosts usually put advertisements on your websites and it could be annoying.
If you like to create websites (usually you will end up more than 1 website, I got more than 100 websites in about 6 months’ time), go for multiple web hosting services where you could host all your websites in one account.
