there are thousands of free web hosting companies such as lycos, yahoo, google page creator, msn spaces, aol hometown, just do a search for free web hosting and you’ll definiyely find something that meets your needs

They have FTP for you to upload your files. You can also do it via cpanel feature like File Manager to upload it, but using FTP would be easier. Look for their tutorial section. The main site is actually a support forum.
